Security Deposit is 100% refundable. 100% of rental fees paid will be returned if cancelled 4 weeks to the Rental Start date. 50% of rental fees refunded if cancelation is 2-4 weeks prior to rental date. No refunds of Rental Fee after 2 weeks prior to the Rental Start Date.
